1. Introduction
Welcome to Optima Verifier (“Optima”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service, including our built-in Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Optima provides a private, hosted email verification environment deployed and managed for each customer.
2. Services Provided
When you purchase a one-time setup package, Optima will:
Deploy a private email verification engine
Configure and activate the verification dashboard
Provide optional catch-all detection (depending on package)
Host, maintain, and manage the server on your behalf
Provide support for issues related to your hosted instance
What we do NOT provide:
Email sending infrastructure
Cold email deliverability consulting
SMTP servers or inboxes
Purchased email lists
Access to our source code or internal tech
Your usage is unlimited within reasonable, non-abusive limits.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the service in compliance with all laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Only verify email data that you have the right to process
Not upload illegal, stolen, or sensitive data
Not use the service for abusive, malicious, or fraudulent activity
Not attempt to reverse-engineer the software
Optima is not responsible for how you collect or acquire emails.
4. Ownership & Licensing
You receive a license to use your private verification instance.
You do not own the source code, engine, or dashboard.
You control your uploaded data and your verification results.
Optima controls all infrastructure, supporting systems, and updates.
5. Payment & Fees
All payments are one-time setup fees, stated on the website.
Deployment begins after successful payment.
Hosting may incur renewal costs after the first year.
Prices may change for new customers only.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Deliverability improvements
Business outcomes
100% accuracy
100% uptime
Total liability will never exceed your original purchase amount.
7. Limitation of Liability
Optima shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue
Loss of business
Data loss
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the service.
8. Refund Policy
(Integrated for Stripe/Paddle)
Refunds BEFORE deployment
You are eligible for a full refund only if you request it before we begin deployment.
Deployment is considered started when:
Server provisioning begins
Setup or installation begins
Dashboard configuration starts
Any customization work starts
Once any of these begin, refunds are no longer available.
Refunds AFTER deployment
Because this is a custom, one-time setup, all payments become final once deployment begins.
We do NOT offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Lack of usage
Deliverability differences
External technical issues
Wrong purchase
Lost access due to chargebacks
Duplicate or erroneous charges
We will refund:
Accidental duplicate payments
Clear processor errors

Your uploaded data stays inside your private verification environment.
We only access your data when:
You request support
Fixing technical issues

We will never intentionally disrupt your service without reason.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend service if you:
Abuse the system
Break laws
Upload illegal data
Initiate fraudulent chargebacks
Attempt to access source code
Harm the service or infrastructure
We notify you unless prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
